Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with the team to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations. Your role will include handling various tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining a high standard of organization and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars.
  • Email Management: Organize and respond to emails, flagging urgent messages.
  • Research: Conduct market research, data gathering, and report preparation.
  • Content Management: Assist with social media updates, blog posts, or basic website edits.
  • Document Preparation: Create presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Task Coordination: Track progress on team projects and follow up on deadlines.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), in both English and Vietnamese. Working capacity in other languages strongly desired (Chinese, French, Spanish, etc)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule with ability to work across different time zones if needed.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
